Shelburne Falls Grist Mill Real Estate for Sale
Shelburne Falls Area Links & Resources

The Shelburne Falls Grist Mill is located in the village of Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts on the east side of the Deerfield River were it bends back on itself at Salmon Falls and the Glacial Potholes. The mill sits at the site of what used to be an important fishing location for several American Indian tribes, where salmon were easily caught while trying to swim up the falls.
This building is zoned commercial, industrial and residential. Built around 1840, the mill which is currently for sale, has been restored to be structurally sound, energy efficient and pleasingly aesthetic, with plenty of wide open spaces. It is a two-minute walk to the center of Shelburne Falls, which is actually a village where two towns, Buckland and Shelburne come together at the Deerfield River, the Glacial Potholes and the Bridge of Flowers.
An off-site 7,500 square foot modern metal warehouse is also available for lease or for sale.
To find out more about the purchase of the building, visit the About the Mill page. For more information about the village, visit the Shelburne Falls Official Website.
